Additional Notes & Comments:	No idea if this is by design or not, I asked some other people and got different answers so I guess we're testing the waters here.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Jason.
2. Use the B***** Magazine addon.
3. Throw your Hook Spear next to a survivor repairing or cleansing/blessing.

Explanation

Jason's B***** Magazine add-on's scream does not interrupt actions such as repairs or totem cleansing / blessing.
