Explanation

The Blighted Springtrap cosmetic head piece still has the wrong size for the inner head, compared to the official artwork. Originally the in-game image showed the headpiece perfectly fitting the inner heard, however at some point a ''fix'' was made to change the icon into the incorrect sized head. Overall I think it should still be regarded as a bug, because the original intent can still clearly be seen (and regarding the visual factor the smaller inner head just makes the entire cosmetic piece more loud and unappealing)
