Explanation

I don’t really know is it’s a bug or just an issue on my end, but anytime I’m in a regular match as a survivor my game completely freezes when I use a flashlight or try or get hooked! I have checked my internet connection multiple time and every time I get disconnected the game still works fine but I still get locked from matchmaking every time even though I didn’t DC on purpose. I been trying it out with a friend and she doesn’t have any issues but this has happened at least 5 times now and I don’t know what’s happening. I just don’t want to get kicked from the game for disconnecting so much when I don’t know why I am in the first place.
