Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go into a game with a killer that has Hex: Scared to Death equipped
  2. Let them achieve the activation requirement (three unique hooks)
  3. Upon the third hook, look at the statuses and upper right corner to see the hex be revealed

Explanation

Hex: Scared to Death reveals itself upon it's totem lighting, not when a survivor is affected by it.
