Wesker gets instantly stopped before the edge of elevation, his whole acumulated movement is set to 0 in that moment and we cannot move for split second

it is essential unharmful mechanic that was in game since the Wesker realease and got destroyed with the release of 9.5.0 PTB, nobody was complaining about it becasue every killer in the game is able to do it.

Steps to Reproduce
- reach a place with a drop down, either a hill or tall building can do.
- charge up a power
- walk up to the elevation's ledge
- try to dash of the elevation/hill
Explanation
"Fixed an issue where The Mastermind’s Virulent Bound could glide off a hill’s ledge when falling" 9.5.0 ptb change that needs to be addressed officialy.
Wesker gets instantly stopped when his power path reaches elevation making it impossible to travels the map. When trying to dash of the hill or any elevated building like all other dash killers including blight,billy,kaneki, demo and etc. Wesker whole acumulated moement gets set to 0 and we cannot move with w/s/a/d for a split second neither. To be completly fair, this mechanic should get implemented for Wesker officialy, i know that current dash killers when they try to initiate power in air have no movement forward until they touch the ground, and that trying to implement such thing for wesker would be tricky becuase of power path that is tied to ground, so one way to make it work would be to decrase Wesker's power tolerance threshold for terrain downward change in degree this way when we dash at a wall we still bump/get stopped and rebound, but when dashing at elevation with ground below we wouldn't be stopped and just glide down(like other killers do showed in the video)
