Perk 'Bound by Obsession' fails to register as seeing the Killer's Aura

Actual Result:	The perk does not count as the Survivor reading the Killer's Aura - Eyes of Belmont does not extend it's duration to 5 seconds, and Achievement Progression for "Lifting the Fog" is not progressed.
Expected Result:	The perk should count both as a Killer reading the Survivor's Aura (line 1 of the effect), and a Survior reading the Killer's Aura (line 3 of the effect).

Additional Notes & Comments:	As an additional note, Even if Eyes of Belmont is not intended to function with Bound by Obsession (which it may not, the wording is muddy either way), the perk's description makes it clear that it *should* count for Achievement Progress. Additionally, the first line of this perk is NOT bugged - it does count as a Killer Aura Read as designed, so only the Survivor reading Killer Aura part of the perk remains bugged.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add perk "Bound by Obsession" to loadout.
2. Run in a match, making sure you're the Obsession or the Killer brings an Aura-Reading Perk or Add-On.
3. Use a perk that relies on a survivor aura read (I used Eyes of Belmont in my clip) or check the achievement progression for the Achievement "Lifting the Fog" to ensure you can check it works.

Explanation

Perk "Bound by Obsession" fails to count as Survivor reading Killer's Aura despite description - Achievement progress does not get counted, and perks that interact with it such as Eyes of Belmont fail to do so.
