Steps to Reproduce

1. Be in a game where the Killer is using Thanatophobia
2. Have all Survivors Healthy
3. Preform an action normally affected by Thanatophobia when active

Explanation

Thanatophobia reveals itself with completely healthy Survivors
This is consistent across multiple games
The issue does not fix if Thanatophobia activates and deactivates in the same match
