  1. Equip a tormented cutglass weapon
  2. Observe the visual bug where the unknown holds it the wrong way

Explanation

On the unknown the bonfire faire skin set in customization set the tormented cutglass weapon is held backwards and on the wrong part of the weapon in lobby
