Additional Notes & Comments:	this is happening to my friend, hence why the video is being recorded from a discord stream. she has been having this exact problem for more or less a month, and still hasn't been able to level up unknown. (the player cloud id is hers)

Steps to Reproduce

1. open unknown's bloodweb
2. try to level him up (in any way)

Explanation

unknown's bloodweb bug that doesn't allow leveling up the character. this is only happening with unknown specifically, with no problems whatsoever with the leveling up of other killers (or any survivor).
