Explanation

Icons randomly break and show a missing texture icon, and this happens whether you are using custom icons or even if you're using default ones, which I am as you can see in the screenshot. This has been a problem for OVER a year and has yet to be fixed.

This can happen in the main menu, it can happen in the endgame screen so you have to hover over each perk that has a broken icon to see what it is, it can also happen when you are playing survivor and trying to check your teammate's perks in the tab menu.
