Steps to Reproduce

1. Play against Deathslinger
2. Get speared with Sprint Burst active
3. Run away immediately after getting hit
4. See the mend bar briefly appear before disappearing

Explanation

The mending bar did not appear at the bottom of the screen. Later in the match, deep wound happened again, and the mending bar appeared normally at the bottom, regardless of standing still or running. Possibly related to an issue with Sprint Burst (or exhaustion perks in general), and I say that because the frame haste appeared, the mending bar disappeared.
