Steps to Reproduce

1. As The Animatronic have two survivors traversing the office at the same time
2. go into the office yourself

Explanation

I was playing Springtrap a few minutes ago, nad I went into a door to grab a survivor that I watched go in. I saw the jumpscare animation got out and it said I had two people grabbed and when I hooked it hooked both at the same time on the same hook. I don't know what caused it, my only guess is that both survivors were teleporting at the same time and the game saw it as one survivor.
