Steps to Reproduce

1. Jumpscare a survivor with an axe
2. Ensure the survivor has will to live active
3. Position the survivor next to a hook

Explanation

while a survivor has the perk will to live, the animatronic can hook the survivor if they are next to the hook because the perk prompt gets delayed
