Steps to Reproduce

1. One time thing, I don't know.

Explanation

I was attemping to flash the killer to save my teamate. A flashsave. I did a flashsave prior to this in the same round on the same survivor. However when I was attempting to do my 2nd flashsave it just didn't work. He had no perks or no addon that could lead to this outcome.
(Perks: Friends till the end, Rapid Brutality, Scourge hook: Pain resonance and Dead mans switch)
