Actual Result:	Down Survivor while affected by the Afterpiece Tonic and Achievement does not progress and is instead stuck at 67% completion
Expected Result:	Down Survivor while affected by the Afterpiece Tonic and Achievement goes up by 1% per survivor downed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Clown.
2. Down a Survivor while they are intoxicated/invigorated.
3. Check the Achievement.

Explanation

The Achievement "Smoked" seems to be bugged on Xbox. I've played in 15+ games or so as the Clown and even farmed with survivors to track the quest but it doesn't seem to track anymore. It's currently stuck at 67% or 67/100 survivors downed. I have been trying for the past 2 hours or so.
