Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Legion
2. Enter Feral Frenzy when rotating the player camera
3. Observe the camera briefly stopping all motion when activating Frenzy
4. Ending Frenzy DOES NOT cause the camera to cease all motion

Explanation

Camera movement gets stuck when starting Feral Frenzy. This was supposed to be fixed in the latest patch, however its clear that it was only fixed for when ending the power.
