1. Play as The Nightmare

Explanation

Hey, i have a few issues/bugs on The Nightmare that could be looked into to improve his quality of life.
1) His teleporting having a slight delay. Back when you reworked Freddy (January 2025) a slight delay came with the teleport, it is no longer instant there’s a buffer period that delays the teleport. Originally you were going to remove teleport canceling and this delay is a remnant of that i feel. Teleporting and canceling mid chase is a super fun technique and this teleport delay really hurts it, Please look into that if possible. I am an experienced Nightmare player with over 2,000 hours played as Freddy.
2) Power Swapping also slow/delayed. Swapping between snares and dream pallets sometimes feels really slow/clunky. People mention it all the time so it’s not just a user issue. This could also be worth looking into to improve his quality of life.
3) If you’d like some extra recommendations for The Nightmare, a few addons could be improved! Black Box i feel should get rid of sleep immunity just during end game. For an Iridescent addon it is extremely underwhelming. Purple Swing Chains: the block off on this addon is too short a few second buff would be fantastic. Blue Dress, I like that you wanted to keep the old Freddy Snares but 1 snare for 8 seconds is not enough for a blue rarity. having 2-3 Snares and for longer periods of time or infinite would be amazing to keep that old Freddy feeling haha. Finally, Red Paint Brush. Before this addon made it so survivors couldn’t wake up from skill checks, now that’s gone and the iridescent addon feels hard to get value from when it already has such a strong 50% slower sleep penalty.
