Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow the steps to activate the perk
2. Jump off of the hook or get unhooked

Explanation

While using second wind after getting off the hook and waiting 20 seconds the perk didn't work and I stayed Injured but the broken affect did go away. Sometimes the perk works and sometimes it doesn't.
