Actual Result:	The game will be stuck in an infinite loading screen until I close the info window for the "Diminishing Returns" modifier
Expected Result:	After the timer runs out, the "Diminishing Returns" modifier window should automatically close, and the match should start properly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a lobby and wait for the pre-game lobby to load
2. Open the "Diminishing Returns" modifier to see how it works
3. Wait for the preparation timer to run out

Explanation

When the "Diminishing Returns" modifier is opened in the pre-game lobby, the match gets stuck in an infinite loading screen until I close that window.
