Steps to Reproduce
- Disable Auto-Adjust (if currently enabled)

- Auto-Adjust will now begin to function
- User can now freely select their preferred FPS limit
Explanation
Auto-Adjust Resolution option requires mandatory additional tuning in-game for it to function.
Auto-Adjust option is supposed to dynamically change the in-game render resolution in regards to the provided FPS target. However, for some reason in order for this option to begin functioning, the user must disable the feature (if already enabled), then re-enable the feature, then proceed to change their in-game FPS limit (for example, lowering FPS target from 120 down to 60). Once the FPS limit has been changed, Auto-Adjust will start to work.
Closing the game and re-launching will reset this whole process. Requiring the user to manually re-enable Auto-Adjust in the described way each game-launch.
