1. Start the game
2. Pray this bug will occure

Explanation

I got loaded into the match where 1 of my teammates was already injured and one gen has 1/3 progress, last survivor was in chase.
I wonder why I got loaded late? was there a possibility that killer hit me while my game was loading?
Problem is related to the game as I got starting animation while the game was already in place.
I dont know how to reproduce this but I did alt+tab during game loading.
