- Commodius Tool box w/ scraps & wire spools
- Use a Gen alone
- Use toolbox
- Appears
Explanation
My commodius toolbox will have the negative efficiency indicator randomly on use. It will even appear while not using a toolbox. I cannot find any Killer perks that have this ability, and I do not run any perks with this ability.
