Steps to Reproduce

1. I will drop the pallet
2. proceed to vault said pallet
3. get hit by the killer mid animation
4. after the end of the animation, I'm stuck on the other side of the pallet
5. unable to move unless I vault the pallet once again or the killer destroys the pallet
6. the problem has recently happened to me while using the perk Lithe

Explanation

I'm having a problem where i'm stuck in place unable to move. It has happened 3 times today. (On Survivor)
