Expected Result:	Oni flick should be fast like every other character with a flick

Additional Notes & Comments:	Seems to have started back when the oni pc instaflick nerf happened

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play oni
2. Turn hard when you hit the demon dash attack button
3. You'll randomly slow down your sensitivity to a crawl, causing a miss

Explanation

Oni dash slows down significantly when flicking to attack around a corner.
