The multiplier of the anti camp meter still ramps up despite there being a teammate nearby which results in an exploit where teammates can loop around the hook then leave making it easy for the hooked survivor to unhook themselves

Steps to Reproduce
- As killer, hook a survivor
- As healthy survivor, be near hooked teammate
- As killer, do step 2
- As the hooked survivor, you will notice the multiplier of the anti camp meter increases from 1x to 4x regardless
- As soon as survivor is out of range of the hook, the meter will fill up faster than it should
Explanation
Anti camp meter incorrectly fills up when survivor and killer are nearby the hooked survivor resulting in the hooked survivor being able to free themselves when healthy survivor is no longer in range of the hooked survivor
