Additional Notes & Comments:	I only just had it happen and don't know whether it's reproduceable but hope it was a one time issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. As Chucky (The Good Guy) enter power with pallet directly in front of you
2. As soon as possible use Scamper (possibly while moving side to side against the pallet)
3. You fail to scamper suddenly and lose access to power for the rest of the match and the cooldown doesn't even appear or fill back up

Explanation

1v4 Chucky's Hidey-Ho power unable to be used for rest of the match by trying to scamper a pallet while right up against it (possibly moving side to side) and then the scamper never works and the cooldown disappears and doesn't fill up
