UI Gaps in Friends Tab and Lobby

Actual Result:	Some UIS are not the same as the Settings/Presets (With the black lines separating the options)
Expected Result:	all UIS Graphics Should be the same.

Additional Notes & Comments:	When scrolling thru the friends tab and also in a person UI in the lobby it's not fluid, it looks like there's a lot of Delay. (Also when going thru the maps in custom game)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the friends tab and Click on a Person username, also in the lobby + End game lobby too

Explanation

Some UIS have gaps and look bad, if those are the same as the Settings/Presets with the black lines separating each option, it will look better and more tidy

Last screenshot shows how it needs to be. (if a fix is possible)
