Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Custom game.
2. Add a killer and 2 survivors.
3. Complete all generators and hook a survivor.
4. Have other survivor unhook.
5. Observe anti tunnel protections working in end game.

Explanation

Anti tunnel off hook endurance and haste work in endgame. This is an oversight and unintended as other anti tunnel perks such as Decisive Strike and Off The Record (which specifically works with off hook anti-tunnel endurance) are disabled in endgame. This oversight is often used to get free escapes and for body blocking other survivors all the way to the exit gates.
