Steps to Reproduce

1. I was on the Elm street map.
2. I jumped into a locker in the house on the second floor.
3. Jason teleported to me and walked in front of the locker.
4. I tried to activate Head-on.
5. It didn't work, it didn't let me out of the locker either.

Explanation

I was playing the new Jason release.
was in a locker with Head-on fully charged
Jason teleported and walk in front of my locker, but Head-on would not Activate.
