Steps to Reproduce
- Be flashlight stunned
- Use the perks shadow born and rampage
- Observe that only the rampage perk takes effect
Explanation
When using the two perks, “ Rampage” and, “shadow born” I encountered a problem, the effects from shadow born are completely blocked by rampage and I can’t use the Shadow born perk with it. This may just be a feature to prevent overpowered haste but just in case I’d like to report it.
