Actual Result:	Jason isn't unlocking on my ps4 even though I have cross progression enabled and purchased him on Steam
Expected Result:	I expect to play him on whatever platform I want to if I took the time to get cross progression set up

Additional Notes & Comments:	I know he just released today. Just excited to play him is all. Hopefully this issue resolves itself. Will check tomorrow to see if it does. Would like to add that I had no issues playing as The First on the same day I bought him.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Buy Jason on Steam
2. Hop on Playstation 4
3. See that he isn't unlocked

Explanation

I bought Jason through Steam but he isn't showing up on my Playstation 4. I have cross progression enabled and have refreshed both my Steam and Playstation library. Every other dlc I own has been playable on both Steam and Playstation.
