Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Play as killer
2. Select any killer.
3. Make sure sloppy Butcher is unlocked.
4. Hover over sloppy butcher and read the description.

Explanation

Sloppy Butcher description has strange wording that implies survivors lose healing progress normally without the hemorrhage effect. "Survivors with hemorrhage lose progress 25% FASTER."
