Steps to Reproduce

1. I am not 100% sure how it starts, but most times it seems like it begins when a dog jumps through a window
2. when you send a dog around the corner in front of you
3. when you don't see the dog on your screen when you send it
4. I do have a video that shows it starting and how to fix it while in the game

Explanation

The bug that I am talking about is the houndmaster low fps bug, where the gameplay looks like it's choppy.
