Steps to Reproduce
- Play as Killer
- Equip a Compromising Perk (Machine Learning or Help Wanted)
- Plant the Compromise on a Generator
- Have the Survivors complete all required Generators needed for escape, but NOT the Compromised Generator
Explanation
The final Generator completed in a match no longer triggers Compromising Perks (Machine Learning, Help Wanted) if the final Generator is NOT Compromised when completed while a different Generator is actively Compromised.
The sound effects that trigger when a Compromised Generator goes off, indicating your Compromised perks are activated, DOES still play. However, nothing will happen gameplay-wise and the Compromising perks have, for months, been pretty difficult to use due to this.
It's broken since around Walking Dead iirc; whereas before, for years, Compromised Generators were guaranteed to go trigger AT LEAST once because even if the Survivors never choose to complete your Compromised Generator, every Generator turns on when the final Generator is completed (including the Compromised one). Now there's no guarantee that the Perks will work at all.
