Steps to Reproduce

Have a hooked survivor on that hook.
Have a downed survivor crawl into the impossible to pick up space.

Explanation

A Survivor on Hook on Father Campbell's Chapel can block the killer from accessing a downed survivor on the ground. The hook hitbox is impossible to bypass in any way, and so the downed survivor is impossible to pick up forcing you to wait until the other survivor dies before being able to pick up or mori the downed survivor.
