1. Equip B***** Magazine add on as Jason
2. Throw spike at survivor cleaning totem
3. They will scream and not be interrupted

Explanation

When you throw a spike as Jason while using B***** Magazine add on at a survivor cleaning a totem and they scream their action is not interrupted
