Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Sauna Stone
2. Use Omnipresent Evil
3. Jumpscare near a crouching Survivor
4. They do not get exhaustion

Explanation

Sauna Stone does not work the way it is described.
The add-on description claims it affects all Survivors in Killer instinct range, it does not say you actually need killer instinct on them, however in practice it does not affect crouching Survivors (who you do not get killer instinct on).
