Additional Notes & Comments:	In attached video clip: you can't tell, but I'm holding my W (move forward) key the entire time; the game WILL NOT LET ME move, nor is there any prompt to stop the Extract action.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get impaled with a Hook spike against Slasher
2. Do not remove the Hook spike
3. Get downed
4. Attempt to crawl, find you cannot, as the game is locking you into an action you cannot stop

Explanation

Getting downed with a Hook spike imbedded in the survivor disallows the survivor from crawling. Hook spike specifically, as debris spike doesn't stick. Survivor cannot crawl, because the game forces them into the Extract action, and there is no way to tell it to stop, despite being able to choose whether or not to Extract if Injured and not Downed.
