Explanation

I kicked a gen and got stunned by a flashbang, but didn't get blinded. I assume this would have happened too if I had gotten blinded by a flashlight, but I haven't been able to reproduce this. It happened twice during one game and I haven't had it happen again yet. I don't know what happened beforehand to cause this, so I don't have any steps to reproduce.
