Additional Notes & Comments:	I don't know why it happened just did not get any skill check just sat there on the gen holding the item use key for a few seconds. PIcture is taken while I just sat there waiting for the skill check that never came.

Steps to Reproduce

Find a toolbox with Brand New Part in the match that other survivor brought
Try to use it on a gen
Observe that you don't get the skill check

Explanation

Brand New Part did not give the skill check and you were there stuck holding the button without any progress on the gen. When I let go it consumed the Brand New Part and still no skill check. Don't know if it matters but I did not bring the Toolbox with it to the trial it was another survivors item.
