Steps to Reproduce

1. Unfortunately, the issue occurred some time after the multilingual input system started.
2. The issue may be reproducible on a PC with ATOK installed.
3. The affected player was originally using ATOK when the problem occurred.

Explanation

I am submitting this bug report on behalf of a friend who plays on the Japanese platform.

She is unable to enter Japanese text in the game chat. Japanese text is displayed correctly, but she cannot input Japanese characters.

According to her, the issue may be related to the Japanese input system she uses (ATOK), as it may not be supported by the game. However, even after switching to Microsoft's Japanese IME, she was still unable to enter Japanese text.

Would it be possible to investigate this issue?

For reference, I am using Microsoft's Japanese IME and can enter Japanese text in the game without any problems.
