Steps to Reproduce

1. select the killer runknown
2. go to perks
3. look up whispers

Explanation

you can't equip the perk Whispers on the unknown. i was ddoing a challange and couldnt equip or even find it in my perks. while i have all perks for everyone and Whispers is an universal perk. i also tried to see if the search bar wasnt working so i went over all the perks on every page. i also checked this with every other killer but it was only the unknown. please fix this! thank you in advance!
