Explanation
I was not able to heal a teammate, I at first thought they were just holding shift, but after they dcd i realized this was a bug. As you can see here in this clip provided from my stream, the heal bar flashes non stop when I try to heal. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wfiDvLAhJD1KUsFwKIFDMFaXEY6bPHts/view. I am unsure of how this bug happens, as this is the first time i've seen it but my chat has said they've seen it a few times before.
