Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use dramaturgy to receive a toolbox
  2. Start using the toolbox
  3. Expected behaviour is that it gives you the BNP skill check
  4. Actual behaviour is that it doesn't (and then randomly does later?)
  5. The video shows the user dealing with the confusion of the BNP skill check not coming up
  6. This issue is tied in with the user's other toolbox dramaturgy report, suggesting it might be connected

Explanation

Toolboxes+brand new parts with dramaturgy are broken in potentially multiple ways
