Actual Result:	Snug frequently will not vault when he is suppose to despite their being a prompt.
Expected Result:	Snug is suppose to vault a window or pallet when prompted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Just have him vault over pallets or windows while in chase.

Explanation

The Houndmaster - Snug has issues vaulting over windows or pallets. This makes chases last way longer than they should be making for a frustrating experience. There are a few different ways that he gets stuck. I will provide videos.
