Actual Result:	wesker bumps on the pallet without hitting survivor and nothingg happens
Expected Result:	wesker can hit people that are vualting pallets the same as m1 swing does so up to 4/7 of the pallet if we stand next to it

Steps to Reproduce

1. charge the bound
2. wait for someone to start vaulting
3. wait a tiny bit
4. then try to hit them with your power
5. they will not get the hit as soon as they are on the pallet in 3/7 lengths of it

Explanation

Wesker almost can not hit people that are vaulting pallets with his power again in 10.0.1
