Additional Notes & Comments:	First match and this happened at least the survivor was nice and came out of it but this is literal blocker for the killer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play the event mode
2. Have survivor get downed on a portal
3. Try to pick up that survivor
4. Observe its not possible because you interact with the portal

Explanation

Killer can't pick up survivors who is close to a portal in the event mode. It will force you to do the portal everytime you try to pick up.
