Go to yamaoka state map
Go to temple with vault, drop, and stairs
Look at vault
Floating moss

Explanation

Floating moss on Yamaoka State map. Glitch in where it’s supposed to go, I think. You can walk through it, no collision, but it certainly made me pause to look at it. I would have to look at the map again to see if it’s reproducible, but for now it’s a one time thing in a Custom Game. Both me and my friend saw it from killer and survivor POV.
