Actual Result:	The Knight is unable to issue a break order, regardless of which guard is selected.
Expected Result:	The Knight should be able to issue a break order.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into Torment Creek in the anniversary event queue for the Black Banquet.
2. Have survivors throw down pallets.
3. Attempt to issue guard orders to break the pallets.

Explanation

Knight is unable to issue an order to guards to break certain breakable Coldwind filler pallets on Torment Creek during the Black Banquet.

Non-filler pallets (shack, jungle gym, etc.) seem to be breakable in the same moment that filler pallets are not breakable.

Filler pallets also have collision, preventing the guard's patrol path from phasing through the pallet during the path's creation.

I have not encountered this bug on any other map besides Torment Creek yet.
