Actual Result:	Black Banquet Flashlights and Med-kits are set and priced as Rare rarity items in the Bloodweb, but have the stats of Uncommon non-Banquet Flashlights and Med-kits. Meanwhile, the Banquet Toolbox matches the stats of the non-Banquet Rare equivalent Commodius Toolbox.
Expected Result:	Black Banquet Flashlights and Med-kits should, if they remain Rare rarity and price in the Bloodweb, should have the stats of the equivalent non-Banquet Rare rarity items of the same kind (Sport Flashlight and Emergency Med-kit, respectively), to match how the Banquet Toolbox's stats match the equivalent Rare Commodius Toolbox.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into Dead by Daylight
2. Find a Banquet Flashlight, Med-kit, or Toolbox in the Bloodweb.
3. Compare the stats and price to the Rare non-Banquet equivalents, then to the Uncommon non-Banquet equivalents.

Explanation

Black Banquet Flashlight and Med-kits are set to Rare rarity, including Bloodweb price, but have the exact stats of the Uncommon Flashlight and First Aid Kit. Meanwhile, Black Banquet Toolboxes are also Rare rarity, including Bloodweb price, but the stats are equivalent to the Rare Commodius Toolbox, which is generally considered the best Toolbox in the game.
